fees for therapy and emdr intensives

I am considered “out of network” with insurance companies, which means that all services are paid out of pocket. Your insurance may cover services for out-of-network providers. You can contact your insurance company to access information regarding your mental health benefits and to obtain any/all authorizations. If your health insurance agrees to reimburse you for your sessions, you will pay for services directly and I will provide you with a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider with your claim.

Both intake sessions and subsequent weekly or biweekly sessions (55 minutes) are $200. 

EMDR intensives (any session over 55 minutes) are $240/hour. Please note that intensives are not covered by insurance at this time, and will not qualify for out-of-network reimbursement in the same way that weekly sessions will.
