This retreat is designed for moms with children under 24 months old. If you have special circumstances and would like to connect further, please reach out.

You are welcome to bring your baby with you, but keep in mind that the purpose of the retreat is to connect with yourself individually, so consider if you’d like to have the day to yourself or if you’d like to arrange for childcare so that you can really sink into the day. Of course, motherhood is unpredictable, so we understand if things come up that require you to bring your little one along. If this is the case, please reach out to us in advance to see how we can help.

For those who are pumping, please know that it is very common to pump during the retreat and we have fridge space to be able to store breastmilk if needed.

The total cost of the retreat is $350. A $50 deposit is required to secure your spot for the retreat, and the remaining $300 is due one week before the retreat itself.

Yes, a nourishing homemade breakfast and lunch are provided at the retreat. All dietary restrictions and allergies are accommodated, so please let us know if you have any particular needs.

All of our retreats are different in terms of content, but each retreat includes everything that we do throughout the day, including food and additional services that are offered (acupuncture, sound healing, educational workshops, etc.). You will never be asked to pay for additional services beyond the $350 registration.

Absolutely! When registering, indicate which retreat(s) you are interested in. Every retreat has different activities and offerings, so you’ll always have a different experience!

All retreat alumni are put into a WhatsApp group to stay connected to the larger Nurturing New Beginnings community. We also give out your contact information to your specific retreat cohort (only with your permission, of course) so you can stay in touch!
